vintage 1970s Yves Saint Laurent tunic / YSL knit MOHAIR sweater vest jacket S - M
Dark blue and greenish- brown mohair Yves Saint Laurent "Tricots" label tunic length sweater, circa 1970s vintage.
The body is greenish- brown, the stand up neckline, placket, wide set armholes, and patch pockets with flap front detailing are all dark blue; as are the plastic toggle style buttons.
50% mohair, 50% acrylic, made in Italy.
Mid gauge and weight.
Fit is slightly A- lined from the chest to the hem, ham is straight.
Condition is very very good- spotlessly clean, with a couple of very minor and old repairs to the knit- very well done, they do not detract, pucker, etc.
A stellar 70s YSL piece!
Measurements:
blue trim at outer armholes is 2- 1/8" wide on each side
17" shoulder sema to shoulder seam- slightly dropped seams and not including blue trim
37" chest (18.5" armpit to armpit), with comfortable give to 21" across
42" hem circumference
