Button front oxford shirt by Van Heusen, circa 1940s vintage.
Tagged size M, spread collar with button loop top button.
Straight fit, straight hem, patch pockets on the left chest.
Button down cuffs.
Fabric isn't noted, looks and feels like cotton, very finely woven and lightweight, crisp.
Deep teal green vertical stripes with black woven lines are interspersed with medium brownish- gray and jade alternating horizontal stripes.
Patterning lines up wonderfully.
Condition is good- there is a shadowy mark on the upper front right chest area- see last photo.
Similar marks on the back right upper shoulder - though they aren't as noticeable in person.
There is also a bit of very slight frayed wear the the right cuff- minor but worth noting.
Presents very well.
