Classic alligator handbag in rich brown, with gold tone metal frame clasp, circa 1960s vintage. Slightly trapezoidal shape, glossy hides.

Fixed length alligator top handle with leather underside. Well matched hides with large scale panels on the sides of the bag, smaller scales on the front and back- all with wraparound variation, see photos. The front gold bar frame has an applied strip of alligator as well. Three interior small slash pockets. Lined in beige vinyl. 

Condition is very good, with minimal wear. Exceedingly clean inside and out. No makers or origin marks, I assume American, and of good overall quality- not high end, but a very respectable and well made bag. Slight dings to the corners and a bit of edge wear here and there- noting major. Presents very well. A beauty!
