Classic late 1980s vintage Chanel Boutique label two piece suit in a three season weight wool weave with woven boucle.
Deep fuchsia base color with honeycomb overlay boucle detailing in navy and deepest plum- a really lovely color combination.
Both pieces have the black "Chanel Boutique" label and are fully lined in blue CC logo silk jacquard.
All buttons are original and in place- metal with deep bronze finish, deeply etched with interlocking CC logo.
The jacket has gently padded shoulders and a chain weighted- hem.
V neckline with portrait collar, three button front.
Fairly straight fit.
Four patch pockets- two on the chest and two on the upper waist.
Panel construction through the lines up perfectly with the corresponding skirt seams.
Three working buttons at each cuff.
The matching skirt has a wide waistband with two working button front detail, hidden zip up the back center.
Straight fit.
Panel construction with on seam pockets at front hips.
Labels are in place, but content and size tags are not- please confirm measurements below.
Looks and feels like a lightweight (mostly) wool weave; the lining is silk.
Condition is excellent- appears very seldom worn and well cared for.
Slight wear and differentiation of metal tone to the buttons- the skirt front buttons look a bit more copper, the cuff buttons show very minor scuffs.
