vintage 1950s Girl Scouts of America Utica Cutlery pocket knife GSA
Vintage GSA four tool pocket knife by Utica Cutlery.
Tools include a knife, awl, bottle opener, and flat head screwdriver- though all four tools can serve many uses.
Green opalescent front and back with inset gold GSA crest on front.
Key/ carry metal loop at top.
In good to very good overall condition- could use a cleaning/ sharpening, but being sold as a collectible in "as-is" condition.
Apparently the rarer 3- 5/8" length version, Utica Cutlery made GSA knives from 1933- 1956 and this version/ style was in use from 1948- 1972 (all according to http://www.vintagegirlscout.com/campeqknife1.html ) so this dates from 1948 to 1956 accordingly.
A very cool- and bad ass- piece of GSA memorabilia!
