vintage 1950s canvas pants 50s French army cargo trousers 33 inch waist
Dated 1954, these sturdy vintage canvas army pants are high waisted with a button fly and multiple pockets.
Faded info stamp looks like "F.T.B., 1954 HESSE BRAVE TE____" all within a box, with a large "23" on the inner left side waistband.
"Army" green, natural cotton canvas with slub weave.
High waisted, plain front, six button fly.
Diagonal seam slash pockets at hips, side thigh gusseted pockets with buttoned flap closures, back slash pockets with buttoned flap closures.
Six belt loops.
Reinforced front knee areas.
Seat area is lined/ reinforced with lighter weight weave (same as pocket lining material).
Leg openings are straight and on the wider side.
Condition is excellent - these show minimal wear and are quite solid.
